Cinderella - 27-31 December performances cancelled

In light of the Scottish Government’s announcement on Covid-19 measures, we are sorry to announce that upcoming performances of Cinderella from 27-31 December will no longer go ahead.

We understand this is disappointing news for all those who were looking forward to coming along.

But with the new capacity regulations and safety at the forefront, putting on these performances is no longer viable.

Performances scheduled from 17 January 2022 onwards will go ahead as planned and we will continue to monitor Government guidance with future updates to follow should anything change.

These are challenges that are being faced across the whole country, and indeed beyond, and we’d like to reassure everyone that we will be working harder than ever to bring back brilliant performances as soon as possible.

We will be in touch with customers with existing bookings shortly and we will process all customer requests when we reopen on 29 December. The Please note the building will now be closed from 25 - 28 December.

THINGS TO  NOTE

• If you have an email registered with us, you will receive an email regarding options for existing bookings for cancelled performances. You can select your chosen option from the email and we will receive this information to action, there's no need to contact us directly. If you haven't received the email, please check your junk folder. We will send a reminder email as we realise this is a very busy time for everyone and things are easily missed. 

• If you have a landline or mobile number registered with us, a member of our team will be in touch to update you on your options for cancelled performances.

• Refunds and venue account credits will not be actioned automatically. We appreciate your patience as our team process requests after the holidays.

• Credits are stored on our ticketing system and are redeemable across all future shows. Please note, venue account credits do not have an expiry date.
