• Tickets should be checked at point of purchase as mistakes cannot be rectified later

  • Latecomers will be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance

  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to alter the advertised programme if it proves necessary

  • The use of cameras and recording equipment in the Main Theatre and Studio is prohibited

  • Mobile phone should be silenced before the performance begins

  • Every audience member must have a valid ticket – even infants

  • Beacon Arts Centre reserves the right to introduce special offers and discounts on tickets at anytime

  • Concession prices are available where advertised and apply to Senior Citizens (60+), Students, Children (16 and under) and those in receipt of benefits. Concessions must be claimed at time of purchase and proof of eligibility shown.

  • Assisting companions for disabled patrons are admitted free of charge on the basis that proof of entitlement is shown at point of purchasing or collecting tickets. Building levy and booking fees apply.*

  • Please note Children (16 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Beacon Arts Centre operates a strict no refund policy. Once you have bought a ticket it is non-refundable, unless the performance is cancelled or rescheduled.

  • We charge a £2.50 booking fee across online, phone and counter bookings, which goes towards our processing costs. All booking fees are subject to change as we develop our services. We charge £1.50 for postal delivery of tickets.*

  • We charge a building levy of £0.50p on all tickets. The building levy goes towards essential maintenance and will help us replace our building management system, which controls energy use and heating.*

We pride ourselves here at the Beacon on our vibrant and engaging programme of entertainment, with something for everyone, from family shows to jazz, classical, tributes and the very best in emerging talent.

We love our audiences and would like to thank each and every one of you for your continued support of our work, however we would just like to politely remind you all to be respectful of our performers, staff and their fellow audience members. Antisocial behaviour and excessive alcohol consumption will not be tolerated, and management reserve the right to refuse admission and or ask people to leave in such instances.
