Concession prices are available where advertised and apply to Senior Citizens (60+), Students, Children (16 and under) and those in receipt of benefits. Concessions must be claimed at time of purchase and proof of eligibility shown.
Assisting companions for disabled patrons are admitted free of charge on the basis that proof of entitlement is shown at point of purchasing or collecting tickets. Building levy and booking fees apply.*
Please note Children (16 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.
Beacon Arts Centre operates a strict no refund policy. Once you have bought a ticket it is non-refundable, unless the performance is cancelled or rescheduled.
We charge a £2.50 booking fee across online, phone and counter bookings, which goes towards our processing costs. All booking fees are subject to change as we develop our services. We charge £1.50 for postal delivery of tickets.*

Antisocial behaviour and excessive alcohol consumption will not be tolerated, and management reserve the right to refuse admission and or ask people to leave in such instances.
