Ticketing Terms and Conditions
1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket purchases made directly with us.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Contract Formation
A contract is formed once your payment has been successfully processed. All orders are subject to payment verification and security checks. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction that fails these checks.

Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to cancel tickets that are resold in breach of these Terms.

As a registered charity, ticket income supports our work and is therefore non-refundable except as outlined below.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour:

Security checks, including bag searches, may be carried out by licensed security staff.

By attending an event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, and/or recorded as part of the audience. These recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes.
Where filming or recording is taking place, this will be clearly indicated through signage at the venue and/or pre-event communications.
If you do not wish to appear in any recordings, please inform a member of staff upon arrival and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, industrial disputes, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.

We pride ourselves here at the Beacon on our vibrant and engaging programme of entertainment, with something for everyone, from family shows to jazz, classical, tributes and the very best in emerging talent.
We love our audiences and would like to thank each and every one of you for your continued support of our work, however we would just like to politely remind you all to be respectful of our performers, staff and their fellow audience members. Antisocial behaviour and excessive alcohol consumption will not be tolerated, and management reserve the right to refuse admission and or ask people to leave in such instances.
Please help us to ensure everyone's enjoyment of our fabulous upcoming shows by being mindful of your behaviour when attending a theatre show and keep the drama to the stage so that everyone can continue to enjoy our welcoming environment here at the Beacon Arts Centre.
