Dance for Parkinson's is back!

26 April - 7 June | 1-3pm

£5 per class

The Dance for Parkinson’s Scotland programme is a joint initiative managed by Dance Base, Scotland's National Centre for Dance and Scottish Ballet, Scotland's National Dance Company, and delivered in partnership with Parkinson's UK.

Beacon Arts Centre is delighted to be hosting a weekly class designed especially for people living with Parkinson’s, their families and carers. These classes are suitable for people with no dance experience and will develop confidence and creativity, whilst addressing Parkinson’s specific concerns such as: balance, flexibility, coordination, gait and social isolation. The session is followed by tea/coffee, cake and a blether!

If you would like register your interest in the class or find out more, please email Karen Townsend, our Creative Producer at KarenT@beaconartscentre.co.uk or call 01475 723723.
