1973. 10 year-old singing sensation LENA ZAVARONI shoots to overnight fame on the top-rated TV talent show. "Opportunity Knocks". Within a year she will have enjoyed a succession of hit singles and sell-out tours around the world, performed for presidents and royalty and also become the youngest artist to ever have a Top Ten album.

LENA includes many of her hit songs, including Ma! He's Making Eyes At Me, Roses and Rainbows and (You've Got) Personality.

Starring Erin Armstrong as Lena, (shetland / 10 Rillington Place), Alan McHugh as Victor (Scot Squad / The Limmy Show), Julie Coombe as Hilda Zavaroni (Hormonal Housewives / River City), Helen Logan as Dororthy Solomon (River City / A Mug's Game) and the incredible Jon Culshaw (Dead Ringers / The Impressions Show) as TV's original "Mr. Starmaker", Hughie Green.
