Project update: Sketches

Over the last few months I’ve been connecting with local people in Inverclyde as part of the SKETCHES film project - working with the Beacon Ambassadors group and Beacon Young Company.  Both groups have been talking about the local areas in Inverclyde - identifying places which are iconic/meaningful to them, and suggesting potential film locations for the SKETCHES vignettes in 2021.  I’ve found it so interesting connecting with local people, researching suggested locations, and getting to know a little more about the Inverclyde community. 

Over the next month or so, I will be working with film-maker Stuart Alexander to collect and collate all of these suggestions, and to identify three locations which will form the backdrops to each of the vignettes for filming later in 2021.
