What's different?

We have made changes within the venue to ensure the safety of our visitors, customers, and staff.

We ask that you pay close attention to any notices, updates and guidance on our website and social media before visiting and to the signage both outside and inside the venue on arrival.

As things are a little bit different, please read through the info below so you know what to expect when you visit us.

Tickets and booking

Our Box Office counter service and phone lines are now open 9am - 5pm Monday - Saturday and later on show nights.

If you are attending with more than one person, it is preferable for the whole group to be on one booking.

You can choose to save your e-ticket to your phone or print it off at home. Please don’t forget to bring it!

If you have already purchased a ticket and chosen to collect your ticket from the box office, please have the booking confirmation available to show to a member of staff.

Before You Come

Please take care of yourself and respect others boundaries when moving around the venue. If you are experiencing covid symptoms, for example, a fever, a persistent cough or a loss of taste or smell, you must not visit our venue.

You can read more about the symptoms of COVID-19 here.

If you have specific health needs and need support during your visit, or if you can’t wear a face covering please let us know in advance so that we can help you on arrival.

You can contact us at any time to let us know at

We kindly ask all visitors to our venues to download the NHS Protect Scotland App prior to visiting us.

The App will alert you if you have been in close contact with another App user who tests positive for coronavirus. And if you test positive, it can help in determining contacts that you may have otherwise missed.

All staff members have been asked to download the app too so that we can offer the maximum protection possible.

When You Arrive

Before you come in, please put on a face covering and keep it on throughout your visit.

There will be a hand sanitiser station within the entrance to the venue. Please sanitise your hands on arrival and when leaving.

Your tickets will be checked at the door. Please have your printed tickets to hand or your e-ticket visible on your phone screen. Our staff will check your tickets without handling them.

Test & Protect Scotland

We will be collecting customer data for test and protect purposes. We are participating with NHS Test & Protect with the Check In Scotland QR Codes in place upon entering the venue. QR Codes can be scanned using your mobile phone camera, or alternatively, a free QR code scanning app. We ask that your mobile phone is set up in order to scan our code.

Find out more about test and protect here.

While You’re Here

We’ve removed multiple touch points within the foyer to reduce the risk of virus transmission and help keep our venue clean.

We’re carrying out enhanced cleaning with solutions effective against Coronavirus. Our venues are regularly fogged with proven anti-viral solutions that limit virus transmission on surfaces using a treatment that meets EN14476 standards, meaning it has been tested on enveloped viruses, like Coronavirus, and proven to kill them.

Performance Areas & Seating

Our team will direct to your seat – we don’t want you to get lost!

You might find it a little chilly. This is because we’re circulating more fresh air around to create a healthy breathing environment. We are very pleased to be able to offer 100% fresh air ventilation in our venue.

Our friendly staff are here to help if you have any questions or problems while you’re here.

You'll note we have a number of socially distanced performances within our programme, to allow for a comfortable return to our performance spaces. Look out for the marker below that highlights which performances in our programme are socially-distanced.

Bar & Café

Once you’ve got your order, feel free to sit and enjoy, or take it into the venue you are visiting. Please only remove your mask when eating or drinking and be sure to pop it back on in between.

Our bars will be open 45 minutes prior to the performance on show nights, and again at the interval.

When You Get Home

If you, or any member of your party, develop COVID-19 symptoms at any time after your visit, you must contact NHS Scotland without delay to arrange a test. They will advise you who you should contact and tell you how to send an alert via the Protect Scotland App.

We’d love to know how your visit went so we may send a follow up e-mail after your event. Please take a few minutes to let us know what we did well, and what we could do better.

Enjoy your visit!
